IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach and 200 RYT Yoga Instructor
I have been certified as an IIN (Institute of Integrated Nutrition) Holistic Health Coach since 2014 and recently added two speciality certifications in Hormone Balance and Gut Health from IIN. I became a 200 hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) in 2011 to complement my strong belief in a holistic approach to my well being to allow me to experience first hand the benefits of thriving through body, mind and spirit.
It is my strong belief that helping my clients to not just survive but rather to thrive by implementing strategies to adjust habitual patterns that are no longer serving them. Optimal health and wellness encompasses your whole life including your social network, professional world, sleep, spirituality, movement, and of course nutrition. We may find ourselves overwhelmed by where we've landed but acknowledging that you did not get to where you are overnight and that it takes adjustments one step at a time to untangle and give new meaning to positive new patterns is the key to successful sustainable living.
